1. Service Agreement  

All bookings and services provided by JKS ADS are subject to prior confirmation. Once a campaign is confirmed, a formal service agreement or invoice will be shared outlining all terms, pricing, and campaign details.  

2. Booking & Payments  

Bookings must be made at least 3–5 days in advance.  

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.  

The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the campaign.  

Payments once made are non-refundable under any circumstances after campaign confirmation.  

3. Campaign Execution  

Routes and schedules will be planned based on client requirements and local regulations.  

Any changes or route modifications must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.  

JKS ADS will not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or government restrictions.  

4. Branding Materials  

Clients must provide all creative materials (images, videos, or content) in the required format before campaign start.  

JKS ADS reserves the right to reject or modify content that violates advertising laws, community guidelines, or political norms.  

5. Technical Issues  

In the event of technical faults or equipment failure, JKS ADS will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly or adjust campaign duration accordingly.  

6. Compliance & Permissions  

The client is responsible for ensuring that the content displayed is legally compliant.  

JKS ADS will assist with local permissions and approvals as needed, but final responsibility rests with the client.  

7. Liability  

JKS ADS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the campaign, including loss of business or profit.  

8. Cancellation Policy  

Cancellations made 48 hours before the campaign date will incur a 25% charge.  

No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the campaign start.  

9. Content Ownership  

All creative materials and brand logos remain the property of the client. However, JKS ADS reserves the right to use campaign images or videos for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.  

10. Governing Law  

All disputes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, and subject to the jurisdiction of Coimbatore courts only.
